Our Qazvin Baklava is more than a pastry—it’s our signature. Our original family recipe has been passed down and perfected over generations, preserving the authentic flavours and traditional methods of Qazvin. Every piece represents hundreds of years of family tradition, craftsmanship, and Persian pastry culture.
Our Rose Baklava and Louz Baklava are two of our signature traditional specialties. Made using our original family recipes, each has its own distinctive texture, aroma, and flavour, featuring traditional Persian ingredients such as pistachio, saffron, cardamom, and rose water. They’re a taste of Qazvin tradition, now freshly made in Vancouver.
